By completing your order, you’re aware of our terms and conditions and that you agree to them, which you will have to confirm just before checking out.

When will I receive my order?
We have a turnaround time, which can vary due to high demand but our website will always state the turnaround so each customer is aware before they order.
Please note we are based inAdelaide SA.
If you have selected local pick up and are unable to pick up. Your order will not be dispatched until shipping has been paid for, we can easily do an invoice for you that way afterpay is available for that payment.

We send our items via courier, or Australia Post
Please contact us if you have waited over 3 weeks for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched on our end. To return an item, please contact our email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you have selected SAFE DROP upon delievery and something happens to your order, this is not Kommon Scents responsibility. Choosing this option is a customer risk.
We can however lodge a investigation to try and track down your order.
Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Change of Mind Returns • Change of mind includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour.
We will accept a change of mind return with a 10% stocking fee provided it meets the following guidelines:
• Return within 30 Days
• Item must be unused, or still sealed in plastic.
• Returns must be made within the country of purchase
• Item is not listed in the section below
Excluded items (for a change of mind return):

Faulty Product Returns • If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Proof of faulty items is via pictures is a MUST. We need to be able to see that the item is faulty In order to process a refund/ exchange - especially if it follows all the guidelines. Without getting in contact with us ASAP about any fault or damage in your product can effect your refund or exchange.
Can't find your confirmation email? A bank statement will be fine. If you don't have that, get in touch and we'll do our best to track it down.
•Exchanges can occur for a faulty product.
•If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery/ shipping charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method so it will go back into the same account money was transferred to
